Cliff Heitmann, Small Business Person of the Year

Cliff Heitmann, P.E., President of Bax Engineering, was named the Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year. Cliff was a finalist along with two other great St. Charles County business owners, Bob Wamhoff, Wamhoff Financial Planning & Accounting Services and Carolyn Strong, Sundermeier RV Park.
