The Morgan School
The Morgan School is a education based preschool and day care development located in unincorporated St. Charles County in the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial District at 7401 Highway N. The school is approximately 14,340 square feet and the consists of 52 parking stalls and playground areas. MoDOT required a 200 ft. right turn lane to be added to Highway N and detention is provided on site by a 140 ft. long, 8 ft. diameter corrugated metal pipe (CMP) detention system.
