The Villages of Homefield
The Villages of Homefield is a 10 acre site for senior housing consisting of 60 units for the elderly with a community center. This project was designed to accommodate senior adults in all units. This project was built using Green Building Guidelines such as concrete pavement to reduce heat island effect, rain gardens, bio swales and a retention pond to provide water envirotransportation.
